Mandarina Bavaria is a modern German aroma hop variety bred at the Hop Research Center in Hüll and released in 2012. As a daughter of Cascade, it brings a vibrant citrus character to beers, highlighted by distinct notes of tangerine and mandarin orange. Its unique flavor profile makes it an excellent choice for a variety of beer styles, from traditional lagers to innovative IPAs.
