Helios Hops
Helios: a high‐alpha, dual‐purpose hop from the Hopsteiner breeding program, built for intensity and agronomic resilience. With strong bittering potential, it also offers aromatic notes of resin, spice, and floral elements. Its low cohumulone content helps give a smoother bitterness. A good hop when you want both firm bitterness and aromatic backup — especially in hop‐forward IPAs or any beer that can stand up to high alpha additions.

Background
Helios (HS15619) is a Hopsteiner variety developed for both strong bitterness and agronomic ease. It shows high alpha acid content, resistance to downy & powdery mildew, and strong field performance. Its low cohumulone makes its bitterness smoother while still assertive. /p>
