Like their German cousins, American wheat beers feature large proportions of malted wheat in the grain bill and are naturally a bit cloudy in appearance. Unlike German hefeweizens, though, American wheat beers have a bit more hop character and are fermented with a milder-tasting yeast.
We packed all of that into a beer recipe kit built from the freshest ingredients. The result is a wheat with a wonderfully spicy, noble hop aroma and a satisfyingly clean, neutral finish — a gregarious All-American beer brewed for sharing.
Very Impressive – First Time Fermenter
