These high-quality 5 gallon used American oak barrels held a 95%+ rye mash bill and are charred on the inside. This barrel would work well to add a slightly spicy nuance to your beer, especially when aging a roggenbier, dunkel rye, or imperial stout.

Note: Barrels ship directly from the supplier. Please allow for additional lead times:

• Used Barrel ~ 10–12 weeks (depending on type & emptying schedules)
